“Behavioural Economics for the Web” - The Social Media Week workshop held on Tuesday morning was a smashing success. The event sold out quickly, and those who did manage to get tickets included a great mix of entrepreneurs, business people, academics and startups. We discussed how and when to use various implementations of BE in the digital space to drive growth and sales. We also touched on the ethics issue, and how that ties into consumer and client trust.
