600 London schoolchildren have signed up to the Inspire Day at Digital Shoreditch – giving them the inside track to a glittering career in digital media and innovation! Their teachers will also bask in the kudos of being visionary educators with their minds firmly fixed on the professional futures of their young charges.
Limited places are still available for the morning session, so now is the time to book your place and help shape the hopes, dreams and expectations of the next generation.
Digital Shoreditch Inspire Day is an inspirational day for young people looking for a future career in digital, with stories and workshops from some of the most outstanding people working in this area.
The day is aimed at school pupils, college and 6th form students aged between 12 to 18 years old.
Highlight sessions includes an app making workshop, maths and computing magic show, inspirational talks about working in games, graphics design, web, viral videos etc.
It’s a cliche now to talk about digital natives – the kids in this age group have grown up utterly immersed in digital technologies and social media. This day will help shape their way forward – helping them make informed choices in their academic and professional lives. Highlight speakers include Chris Clarke, Chief Creative Officer at LBi (one of the world’s biggest digital agencies), as well as leading figures from secondary and higher education.
Also featuring Queen Mary University, London Metropolitan University and the brand-new Hackney University Technical College.
Book your place, before it’s too late – don’t let the children suffer because you missed the boat.
